The value of Cullet is not found solely in our equipment, facilities, or technology. It is found in the people who make our mission possible.

James Arnold
VP of Business Development

James Arnold is a recycling entrepreneur and sustainability advocate with more than a decade of experience building source separated glass recycling programs. In 2014, while earning his MBA, Jamie founded GlassBandit in Kansas City, helping pioneer community-based glass collection and recycling solutions.

In 2021, Jamie and his family returned to Cleveland, where he grew up. Before relocating, he successfully sold GlassBandit, combining the business with KC Crush Glass. Under his leadership, Repeat Glass grew into one of the region's leading source separated glass recycling programs. In February 2025, Cullet LLC acquired a majority interest in the assets of Repeat Glass to form Cullet Ohio LLC. Jamie stayed on as a partner, retaining a significant minority ownership interest, continuing to lead the company's growth and expansion efforts. Today, as Vice President of Business Development, Jamie focuses on expanding glass reuse and recycling infrastructure, developing strategic partnerships, growing community collection programs, and helping build a stronger circular economy for glass across Northeast Ohio.
